[Resolved] Honda/ Activa — Body paint | |||
Hello Sir, My self Deepak Rana I had purchased ur esteemed product activa dated-25/03/2011. bearing engine no. jc44e 1264504 from ur dealer paradise honda(dehradun) but within a month it loses his front viser paint and we saw that this white colour is over painted on red colour for ur convenince i attached the photos. when i saw this i went to ur dealer and they told me that this is not in our hand this is the manufacture fault after that they release our hand from this concern. so plz give me the right way what can i do. My activa is repaint red color
i also faced a similar issue with my activa pearl white. It was during the monsoon that my entire front body panel and left rear panel started looking absolutely pink. I reported this same matter to the honda website and they arranged for me a repainting for those panels. but just within a month of the painting again more of the red started to appear. So again i complaint demanding a change in body panels but again they forced me into repainting. Now its been almost 10 months now and the color is fine but i fear that again in the rain it will show up. The painting done at the service centre is just a thuk patti job which even we can do at home with a spray gun. Im planing to find a legal way of getting the matter resolved or trying to get it painted elsewhere where they can atleast take money and repaint it to my satisfaction.
