I bought an Activa Delux last year in April from and authorised dealer in pune called Kothari Wheels.gave my vehicle to the dealer thrice till now for free servicing but evertime they did servicing for my vehicle i find so many issues while driving it. for example after my 4th service the average of the vehicle is extreamly low, there are some weird sounds coming from it ,they jammed the lock, heavy handle.
i went back to them complaining for the same they did some changes for the time being but the problem still persists. now as a result i have to give my vehicle to another authorised service center and i have to pay extra amount against the corrections which need to be done after provided free service.
Huge dis satisfaction and mental pain. Kindly do the need ful. i want my vehicle to work properly. and i want the money which i'll be paying extra for the mis-serviced vehicle Was this information helpful? |
