We had paid an Advance of Rs1000/ for Honda Activa Deluxe(BLACK COLOUR) to your dealer at Chennai - JSP - AUTMOTIVE vide reciept no 0112394 - dated 30.5.2010 and comp rct no -1119821

1, My booking no was ADLX3061
2, My Daughter and my Son went to the showroom on Saturday 29.5.10 and did test ride and they had met Ms Pooja who said normal booking delivery takes 45 days, but however she promised to do it in 2 to 3 weeks since we have asked for black colour( Ms Pooja mobile number - [protected]) . My people did tell her that we will not take delivery during Month of Aadi( Tamil Month) because it is in-auspicious and the month commences from 17.7.10
3,On 30.5.10 i went along with my son and daughter to pay the advance of Rs1000/ and had asked for a test Ride and they had politely said Test ride is not allowed on Sunday
4, Ever since then i have been following, Perhaps i would have called more than 10 times and every time the standard answer was it is "likely by next week "
5, And when i called today they said except Black others are available
6, And most irritating feature of thier service, every time you call and state your booking number, they make you wait endlessely for more than 10 minutes, which according to me is least or Scant respect
7, Whatever Promise done by Ms Pooja, it has become convenient for her not to re-call or remember and eventually she conveniently says she has not committed.
8, I prefer to have the vehicle before 10th of this month

I request your good offices to find out from the dealer as to when they will deliver, since my calls to them is of " No Consequences"

Dear Sir
We have purchase a Activa from Vibha Honda Allahabad on dated
02/02/2010 against invoice No-9030 .Some details are as fallows.
Registration No UP70 BD 1292,
Chesis No 8381736
Engine No 0472208.

We were using Activa in District Lucknow. From last one week there are
some Starting problem in Activa. Self of Activa was not working
properly.
We told on “Beeaar Honda Service centre on 08/08/2010 & also give them
for the servicing. They take Activa & call us on 09/08/2010.When we
reached, The Activa was not ready to deliver. They told that “there
are problem in battery & our
Battery warranty period has expired”.
On the exide battery No. print was 714738 & on the card & invoice
battery No is 716738.
We did all of Activa service from Beeaar Honda Service centre. We told
to Vibha Honda & Beeaar Honda Service centre regarding the battery
mismatch, but both are blaming each other regarding the same. No body
is ready to solve the problem. There are No doubt that “ One of them
is responsible for such event.
As you are from Honda group you can find out the cause of this
mismatch with the help of above details.
Please take some suitable action so that our problem can be solved
without facing much trouble. We are already in trouble from last one
week.
