Honda CBF Stunner — did not get any relief from HMSI against defect product

Dear Sir,
I am Rakesh Kr. Gupta from Siiguri, bought a Honda cbf stunner (green) on date[protected] from Siliguri showroom.
Sir, I am facing huge problem constantly from 1st day, when I bought this bike. My bike main problem is related to Engine. My engine noise is very wide and different comparing to other stunner bikes and not as smooth as other Stunner. It cannot go away easily above speed of 40km. it vibrates and makes very uncomfortable.It is a manufacturing defect product because problem is arising since from 1st day when i took it from showroom.
so after done many complain, the main service engineer head came from Honda and met with me, I told them my all problems, he checked my bike by riding only 10km and then strongly saying that there is problem in bike it is ok you don’t waste your time and take your vehicle. I requested him and I compared my vehicle with other stunner he also checked with other stunner he got the problem,he agreed on the problems but suddenly he got a call and changed his mind,and repeating again that there is no problem we can not open your vehicle engine. they also used many bad languages on me indirectly. So here I am requesting you, please help me on this issue.please.. my no. is [protected].
