[Resolved]  Honda Cbr250r — Parts not available

Dear Sir,
I had purchased Honda cbr 250r in June 2012 from Chakradhar Honda Surat Gujarat and my bike accident recently before 3 months and i put my bike for claimed and they repaired the bike after 1 month and that's not repaired completely they gave me damaged petrol tank, right side front body cover without sticker and left side rear fender also without sticker and when i take the delivery after accident claimed repaired they gave me the bike in unsatisfied condition they said that we change your petrol tank and fixed the sticker after 15 days bcoz there is a strike in the factory and it will be reopen after 6days but till date i didn't get a single follow up from the dealer and I visited the service centre more than 10 to 15 times today 3 months done itself but not yet they solve the parts availability problem & they also service my bike at that time period and that is also not on my satisfactory engine is still making noise of sim which they changed in the services for which I complaint them for noisy engine problem but still now they don't fixed it as I tell them for minimum 30-40 times their technicians are not well trained and they don't have the ability to fixed the problem so company must trained the technician for at least this type of bike on which the consumers are spending 2 lakhs rupees and
Honda is a very reputed company and the bike Honda CBR 250r get more than 17 awards for it's performance so if they don't serve the best services to the consumer than why they gave big promises
while we inquired for the bike first time at the showroom and after we take delivery of bike, all promises they put aside and make the consumer frustate so much and in this case company lost the referrals in the future for this company.
