[Resolved]  HONDA DAZZLER — Manufacture faulted vehicle

The expericence i had with honda.

I purchased a Honda dazzler on 5/5/2011 from swarup honda Vikas marg delhi 110092

On the very first day I realize there is no pickup in the vehicle, they told me after service it will be ok.

during service .. the Issue i mentioned. on 18/5/2011 at Swarup Motors pvt Ltd Patparganj Delhi
1. No pickup
2. Handle alignment
3.Front disc break
4.Horn problem

i don't know whn they did service of my byk as they said you have to wait till 4 pm ,, the service boy came to me and said Ur byk is done.

i asked for pickup then he said clutch plate is dead,, i asked for front break he said that is usual...

after service i didnt got my issue resolved are following :-

1. No pickup (clutch plate is dead , asking for 1600 /- to resolve even i didnt mention to chk the clutch plate,,, and without letting me know they opened it as i found some plots on nuts and bolts)

2. Front disc are almost dead .

3. Problem in shifting Gear form 1st to 2nd

4. Horn problem

5. milage (company says 60/km L* and i got only 28 approxx.)

then they had a "brutual and unsatisfactory" verbal communication with me and said these part doesnt come under our warranty..
( I think They changed my clutch plate to make more money, as its the first service and they thought i m a new bie so i can be crooked easily )

The service manager/officer named as deepak asked me to pay the bill.. and even didn't had a chat with me. He told me its due to your worst riding and went to some where even not come to deliver my vehicle :| :|

I HAVE A DRIVING EXPERIENCE OF 7+ years.

Then i reached the showroom where i purchased my vehicle, they told me that we cant do any thing, just register a complain at customer care via mail.

I register a complaint via mail as well on via Phone.
On 20/5/11 a lady call me to check cross my Product name and registration no.
I didnt had a telephonic chat with any authorised person who can resolve my issues.
She only said we will look further in a HARSH WAY.

Finally i got scammed by Honda and service centre also..
As:-
I got manufactured faulted byk, i.e
-->Front disc break are dead
-->Horn not working properly
-->Clutch Plate is dead

I m not gonna spend a single penny on manufacture fault..
disc brake cost 5k and clutch plate cost around 1600 /-

i just wasted my 75 K and dnt want to spend more money on a waste product :|

Kindly help me,, i m not getting any reply from them.
I am planning to fire a complaint against them in consumer court please tell me how to register a legal complaint in consumer forum.

and by whom against i fire a complaint. Honda or Service centre or Distributor
