I have taken a honda shine motor bike from sms honda, from hoogly west bengal india. Today I hav given my bike for servicing due to my rear soccer is not working. My bike already in warranty period. But they not want to replace my parts. It is taking along time to giving estimation to the customer and as well as to the all. Customer care is also been very bad in sense.
