honda shine motorcycle — irresponsible,unprofessional and careless attiotude of the dealer

I purchased honda shine motorcycle in the year 2007. I was surprised by the quality of the parts installed in the bike : that one fine day I found the centre stand of the bike broken while I was placing the bike on the centre strand. The reason being that centre stand got rusted and broke into pieces. I contacted my dealer "GRAND HONDA RAIPUR CHHATTISRGAH' for repair replacement of the centre stand . They too admitted that the centre stand has got rusted and has to be repalced but I have to pay for the cost of the stand. I was surprised by the attitude of the dealer that the HONDA being such a reputed company and instead of maintaning the reputation and facing competition they ignored my complaint with ease by stating company warranty norms .Does the warranty norms confide to any product much more than the satisfaction of the customer and quality of the product. That I was the owner of Hero Honda Motor cycle for the last 20 years but I never faced such rusting problem nor I heard it from any of my friends. Hope the company views my complaint seriously and give necessay direction to my dealer "GRAND HONDA RAIPUR CHHATTISRGAH' for necessay replacement free of cost to keep up the reputation of the company 'HONDA' which customers believe there in.
