[Resolved] Honda Stunner Cbf — Honda Stunner Default Product Fault and Poor After Sale Service | |||
Hello Sir/Ma'am, Hope you are doing well. I am Sourav Mittal, from Ambala Cantt, Haryana, India. And this mail is for awaking you from real image of HONDA INDIA and my bad experience with your brand (HONDA INDIA). I bought new Honda Stunner 125cc 6 months back. And it’s really very strange when I see that world’s top brand Honda is providing such Bad quality product and worst after sale service in Indian Market. From initial stage when I bought this bike I am suffering from some very major and technical issues in my BIKE like 1) 30km/Liter average with speed of Just 40-50km 2) Engine deadlock condition (Will stop responding) 3) Over heating 4) Engine Starting problem 5) Battery issue But you’re Mechanical and Technical concerned persons are unable to resolve this issue till now. I am really very disappointed with this behavior of Auto World a Honda Dealer and Service Provider, Ambala and directly or indirectly HONDA INDIA. As I heard HONDA is providing Worlds best Quality products and after sale service in whole World but in my case it’s exactly opposite. When I was seeking for best bike in market someone suggest me that Honda provides the Best even better than Yamaha but for me it’s very bad experience and now it’s really very hard for me to suggest some one for Honda product. I am sending this mail with faith in Honda India and I believe that Honda India will resolve my issues or at-least try to do something for me and my BIKE. With this hope I am sending you this mail with my whole contact detail and product detail. Please try to do something because it’s enough for me. And now it’s hard for me to tolerate and more. Wish very good luck to Honda India. This is all about my very bad experience with HONDA India. And above letter is a duplicate copy on Letter i have posted in Honda India which is still Un-Answered.
