Honda Unicorn Dazzler — Non availability of spares

I want return back my money due to non avilability of spares from past 40 days.I purchased the bike on 60 days back and i met an accdent the front fork was damaged and that to be replaced but the company was not intersted to sell the spares,but they are manufacturing the bike and selling it seems the buyers of the above model are fools,i am keeping the bike as a showcase model. i will go to to consumer court.
