I am the tenant of the house which is located in 3/682, Kumaraguru Avenue, 7th Street, Mettukuppam, Thoraipakkam, Chennai 97. When booking the House the house owner not said any condition. What ever I asked they said OK. The moment I shifted my family to that house, the house owner provided one list which is containing, if any scratches happend in Tiles floor, then we will charge Rs.5000 per Tiles for replacement and I agreed the same and Signed the list. On First day itself, they are not provided water around 8.30PM. I asked him, water is not flown in wash room. Please make it. They suddenly replied, we are not providing the water at any time. We can provide at Morning 6AM to 9AM and Evening 6PM to 9PM. I said why you are not said at the time booking the house. They simply kept quite. Then I asked them please provide water otherwise return back my deposit amount. I will change my house. Then they said, we will provide. But they are not provided. One week later again I asked them and they replied what ever they said. Then I argue with him, post that they said we are not suppose to provide the water at 24 hours. We can provide only at Morning 6AM to 9AM and Evening 6PM to 9PM. But the water not even come at agreed time. Every day morning we used to argue with him, then only they provide the water at lest Half an hour. After one and half month gone, they said we are not provide the water even the above said timing. Hence you can vacate. I said, please provide my deposit (advance) amount, then I vacate the house. I believe they will return back my deposit amount at the time of vacating my house. Since many of them previously vacated from this house, still they coming for collecting their deposit (advance) amount. Kindly advise any one what we can do?..
