[Resolved]  House Owner Fraud — Complaint against house owner for fraud

Dear Sir,
With due respect I (Deep Bera) beg to state that, I am working in Samsung India Software Operations Pvt. Ltd., Bagmane Tech Park, C.V. Raman Nagar, Bangalore-560093 as a Lead Engineer since 2010 and presently residing at FN-104, Pavani Oakridge, Sai Baba Mandir Road, Green Garden Layout, Kundalahalli Gate, Bangalore-560037.

I have stayed in FN-SF-03, Keerthana King Bliss, Sai Baba Mandir Road, Green Garden Layout, Kundalahalli Gate, Bangalore-560037 from 15th November 2010 to 15th November 2011. During entering the flat I have noticed that the flat is not painted. Therefore, there was an agreement between me, Mr. Manjunath ([protected], caretaker from Hill Rock Minerals Pvt. Ltd., #1031, 29th Ward, Rajiv Nagar, Hospet, Bellary District, MD Mr. Murjeed Ahmed Sheikh) and Mr. Srinivas (Sri Lakshmi Prasanna, [protected]), that though it was written in the agreement that there will be a deduction in the deposite amount as painting charge still no money will be deducted in terms of painting. During this stay I did not face any problem from the land owner (Hill Rock Minerals Pvt. Ltd.) side. During this stay the caretaker is changed and a new person came whos name is Kempanna ([protected]). The day he came to meet us I have shown him the flat condition and confirmed that there should not be any deduction in terms of painting. He (Kempanna) also agreed that he will inform again to his boss about the condition of the room and confirm the same. Later he has confirmed the fact. The problem started after I left the flat on 15th November 2011. Kempanna promised to return the amount after deducting one month rent which is Rs. 12,500 within 2 days after leaving the flat however I got Rs. 80,000 out of Rs. 1,00,000 deposit amount on 24th November. I was really shocked that after having so many discussion and clarification how a person can deduct Rs. 7500 out of nothing. Then I called the person after 20 times calling he received the call and said its a company policy he could not help. He has given his bills and he does not know anything after that. Now I dont have any other contact except him. I tried contacting Mr, Srinivas to get involved and help me in getting the money. However, it seems he is also not able to help me out. At last I have decided to complain in this forum and I home there would be some effect for chis complain. Its kind of cheating which I have faced and I want them to understand that how much money values to us.
