We have been staying in Yelahanka judicial layout, the landlady comes up with so much conditions, which are not agreed up on, at the time of entering into a contract, which are very basic like not to use water for balcony cleaning, not plants allowed, AC outlet, to be kept inside the bedroom, as she says that her building compound or wall gets dirt. Moreover, as per the agreed contractual terms, we are allowed to park in the basement 4 wheel or 2 wheels, when we approached, she denied saying that now we dont want to allow. At the time of agreement, the rent was decided and mutually agreed upon including the vehicle parking and maintenance. How do we overcome such tenant issues, In foreign countries there is a rental authorities, who deals such cases at the earliest. Hope even our government comes forward with such valued initiation in making more better india and enhanced consumer services.
