I stayed in 10/764, babu nagar, 3rd main for past 4 years. The house wner not refunding the whole amount properly, every time they deducted huge amount for painting cost (Painting charges = 7000rs) and said that cost of 3000rs each day.. So they cheated and doing illegal amount on trnasfer to us.
They used very costly painting without our knowledge.

Myself Raju Santra, tenant of House no.2065(F.F), Sector -46, Gurgaon, facing problem with electric sub meter.
