[Resolved] Housefull Furniture — Bed repair under warranty | |||
I purchased a bed HDC 1012/2012/734 in Feb. The bed in first week itself started making noise. When I complained about it, housefull accepted the problem and said that there was a design defect in the product. They put in place a temporrary arrangement to prevent damage. However 6 months down the line, the bed has given way and one of joints has parted, making the bed unusable. I have again lodged the complaint on 15th Sep(m since then they have delaying the repair. I have send mails, called them atleast 20 times, and visted the store once, but of no use. They seem to be completely unwillingly to even send a carpenter. They say they do not have enought carpenters and the fresh sale is there only priority. I have shopped with them for around 50k twice and this is the kind of service they offer me. Last year i bought a dining table for Diwali.. This was a gift from me to my parents. They were so happy. My mom is obsessed with the dining table. She really likes it. Thanks Housefull for the happy moments. :)
