[Resolved] Housefull Furniture — damaged product in the warranty period is not replaced | |||
Please Never Ever Buy Any Product From Housefull. 12th Nov. 2012 We have bought a bed for rs.10000/- From your kalyan nagar show room with hdc no:1017/2011/1747 on 20th oct 2012,DID not even last for a year.The plank is broken and we have placed a request for replacement on 16th august 2012, request ref no:62, its more than a month we haven't received the plank and there is no response from the kalyan nagar show room. The people at the shops are not at all friendly. The customer care lady asha is not proper in her approach to the customer and our issues are not solved. It is really a poor service. Waiting for 1 month for a plank is too long a time, I want the plank to be replaced as early as possible other wise I may have to appraoch some other forum like consumer court taking this issue. Even today ie on 12th nov 2012, We have not got any response and the issue is not yet resolved. The complaint you have taken has got closed complaint no: cc9/0912/013, without even resolving the issue. Long back we have sent the photos of the broken plank. But we are yet to get the plank replaced.We got another complaint no: cc9/0912/371, with this ref no. Mr.Anish menon your supervisor told the issue will get resolved by nov.8th 2012. I bought a queen bed and the quality is worst. Two planks broke in two months.No response from customer care.If you sit on the cot it will go inside. Very bad furniture. It looks great from outside. The wood is very thin and it bends easily. Dont go for housefull furniture. Quality is worst.

I ordered for sofa and at the time of assembly one leg of sofa broke, after that I kept chasing them for about 3 weeks and they sent carpenter and during fixing the damaged leg, another leg of sofa broke (such a unreliable product).
When I called customer care, it was dealt in such an irresponsible manner, he cut the call 2-3 times and asked me to send a mail to [protected]@housefull.co.in. I've sent mail but not sure what will happen.
I would suggest everybody NOT to go with housefull product, and definitely NOT after looking at website because I went to store and chose the product then I'm suffering this how would it be when people purchase looking at the website.
I'm planning to approach for consumer court, lets see what happens.
