[Resolved] Housefull Furniture — Furniture not delivered / Housefull not returning money | |||
I placed an online order for a table with housefull on Aug 5, 2012. I paid 100% money for the same. Their employee Hanish called to acknowledge the order & committed to deliver within 5 working days. Till 3rd september also I have not recieved the order. Meantime I have emailed them 3-4 times to check the status, but I have not recieved the response to any of my emails. i also called their office no. hunderds of times. Usually noone picks up the calls. Out of all the tries my calls were picked up thrice. I spoke to their employees Prashant, Hanish & Ashwin. Everytime they told me the order will be delivered within 2 days. Hanish always kept be giving excuses about his personal life and promised the delivery with 2 days. In last week of Aug (on my 3rd call) he told me that table is out of stock so we can return your money within 3 days. When I asked him to direct me to his manager, he said Ashwin is my sr. manager & you can talk to him. After the discussion Ashwin turned out to be junior executive. Also till date I have not recieved the refund & they are not taking my calls also. Was this information helpful? | |||

We were shopping for my wedding when I came across Housefull. I was awed by the stuff they had that I refurnished my room without any reason. My wife thinks im crazy but she also loves the furniture... :)Their stuff is pretty good..
