Housefull Furniture — Non-delivery of Product | |||
I placed an order (Order #5103) exactly a month back for a Shoe rack and side table from the Housefull online store. The payment was immediately debited from my card and I got a confirmation of the order. However I have not received any confirmation on when my order will be delivered and there are no signs of the order getting shipped. I managed to speak to someone last month who said the order would be shipped by 5th Sept but no communication from them so far. I have again tried emailing and calling but no one responds. Numbers given on the site don't work - switched off or out of range!!I I wrote about my complaint on the Housefull facebook page and now I've been blocked from writing on their wall. It's been a torture having ordered from Housefull, feel so helpless because I dont know how to go about getting my order delivered or cancelling it if they have no intention of ever delivering it!!! My father picked up some furniture for his new office. He is pretty happy with the furniture. Its quite sometime since he purchased them from Housefull.. We dont mind picking up stuff from them again.
