[Resolved]  Housefull International Ltd — Queen size Bed delivered not having standard so loss of 35K

I keep on calling them and sending the mails but no reply as can be seen below but no response. I would request to help.

I purchased a queen size cot from Housefull which do not have standard size of length & width and purchased sleepwell mattress it not getting fit. When I started sending the mail to these guys they are not replying nad stating it will not be replaced. I have total loss of 35k around because of this. Could you please help me out in this regard or let me know to the process to lodge a compliant against them in consumer forum court. Please help us out.

I would like bed to be replaced and someone should come manage such a way that our queen size mattress on sofa should sit/fit properly.
