[Resolved]  HP / A9r40pa — Extended warranty

I, Satish Eknath Khot, staying at Type-III Qrt. No. 10, Block-A, CPWD Colony, Bunglow No. 17, Telangkhedi Road, Civil Lines, Nagpur-440 001 have purchased a HP Laptop Product No. A9R40PA Serial No. 5CD1504WK2 from Micro World Computers, Opp. Ghulam Building, Residency Road, Sadar, Nagpur-440 001 on 14th April, 2012 vide Tax Invoice No. CR/12-13/0544 dated 14.04.2012. As per HP's advertisement in the 'Times of India', Nagpur edition dated 7th April, 2012 I purchased this product as HP had claimed that it is offering extended warranty on this product for another two years on payment of Rs. 1133/-. Accordingly my dealer viz. Micro World Computers have sent a Demand Draft No. 58408 dated 18.04.2012 for Rs. 1133/- drawn on the Canara Bank, Sadar Branch in the name of M/s. Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi on the same day and assured me that within 8 to 10 working days I'll receive the extended warranty documents for my product. But even after three weeks, I have not heard anything either from the Dealer nor from you regarding the extended warranty. Kindly look into the matter and inform me.
