Hp — Service Job Delay

Myself Narendra Gupta, am a registered customer of HP. I own a HP Pavilion dv5200tx laptop, serial no CND6283WB6. I also have a HP care pack on the same laptop. The serial number of the care pack is G05UIN33B47C. This care pack extends the warranty by 2 years.
Lately I have been having many issues with the repair work done by the company. The LCD panel of my laptop has been changed twice and still for the third time it is dead and due to which the laptop is with the company, Last time i suffered the same problem was on .The case id was [protected]. At that time I had given my laptop for repair at HP Service Center (Simtech), Sakinaka, Andheri (East), Mumbai.
It took 14 days to repair the laptop and within a month or so i suffered with the same problem and i gave back the laptop for repair at HP Service Center (Simtech), Sakinaka, Andheri (East), Mumbai on 5th January, 2008.The case id for the repair job is [protected]. It has been many days since then and i have not been informed anything by HP regarding the repair job. I want you people to take some action on the company so that the repairing is done as soon as possible and also ask the company for the losses incurred to me due to the delay in the repairing job.If possible please ask the company on my behalf to replace my laptop with an equivalent laptop since i don't see any end of the problems.

I totally agree to Mr. Gupta's plight.
I have a compaq presario v 3000, s/n-2CE7313VJP, p/n-GN399PA#ACJ.
I too, like Mr. Gupta, had given my laptop to Simtech-Andhri, Mumbai, & requested a HP carepack.
Its been more than 10 days (02.03.09)since ive paid the amount of Rs.4700 for the care pack but has not been contacted once by them, neither the care pack has been confirmed. When contacted the usual reply is - "it will be done in next 2 days."
Also according to the technician who checked my laptop the problem of the graphic chip is a "design problem" for which HP should be held responsible. if this is believed to be true -
Is there any way of knowing if there is any legal action that can be taken agaist such patheticaly unprofessional attitude shown towards a legitimate customer by service centres & HP itself?

STILL MY PC IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY MY CASE ID IS CA0794866 ON 6/7/09 .AFTER REPLACING THE MOTHER BOARD NOW WE WHEN WE ARE SWITCHING ON THE PC ;THE DISPLAY ON MONITOR IS FLICKERRING.WE COMPLAINED TO MR. UDAY (CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER) OF REDINGTON.HE HAS ANSWERED THAT TIS IS DUE TO MONSOON.BUT WITH ORIGINAL MOTHER BOARD AND REST ALL SETTINGS REMAINING SAME WE DID NOT GET ANY FLICKERRING.THE TECHNICIAN/ENGINEER WHO CAME TO ATTEND OUR PC SAID THAT THIS MIGHT BE DUE TO MAGNETIC FIELD O[censored]PS.BUT WE ARE NOT FOOLS TO BELIEVE THEM AS BCOS WE ARE USING LCD MONITOR FOR LAST 7-8 YRS AND PC FOR LAST FIFTEEN YEARS.NO BODY IS RESPONDING PROPERLY.WE WANT A SOLUTION TO OUR PROBLEM OR WE ARE BEING FORCED TO APPROACH TO CONSUMER COURT.
WE BOUGHT PC PAYING RS 45000/- NOT FOR WASTING TIME BUT TO EASE OUR WORK SO THAT WE CAN SAVE TIME.

HP Pavilion — delay in repairing the defect

I Praney jain on behalf of Mrs. Anju Goyal is making a complaint regarding the defective laptop (HP PAVILION DV4-1318TU) which was sold to me.The details of the piece are as follows:
Purchased by HP WORLD named as FUTURZ, address-shop no 2&3, Mohan Towar, Wazirpur.

Issue:i purchased the laptop of following discription which i mentioned above.But after 2 days when i was working on it suddenly a key popped up from the keyboard and i had to visit the hp world for the same.When i went to the hp world he assisted me to visit the hp service centre in kirti nagar and when i visited the service centre the engineer fixed the key and told me that it was not a big issue.But even after tghat the key again popped out as soon as i reached home.Next day i again visited the service centre for the same issue and the engineer after checking it told me that there is some defect with the keyboard and ordered a new keyboard.They ordered the keyboard on 09-07-09 and i was assured that the part will be available within 2-3 days, after 4 days when i contacted the service centre they told me that the part is in short supply and they have to import the part.today is 11 days since i made that complaint and since that i was not given any response as to when is my part wil be replaced.
My hp case id is-[protected].
and if the part is not available with hp then they should replace my laptop.
I would also like you to check the dealer if he is providing defective HP products because facing such a problem within 2 days is not justified, not atleast with the brand name of HP.

Yes the complaint is absolutely correct. I m facing problems since 5 years getting service support from local service centers provided by hp customer care centre!
I suggest choose another computor product.

HP LCD MONITOR — DELAY SERVICE

I logged in my complain no CA-1006201 Dated 27/09/2010 regarding problem in my monitor but it is not yet resolved. Every time it is told by the service center that your complain is under process, but no time limit is given to me.Please verify to my complain and notify me on my email id [protected]@gmail.com
i m using hp 2035 as a tv but it has vga problem . it does nopt the whole picture
what should i do??????????????
