HP Compaq 6710b — HP Not providing proper service

There's a lot to write so i will write just the facts
-- I had problem with three usb ports
-- Reported the problem to HP on Dec 26th, 2009 (Case No. [protected])
-- I was told that the problem is with motherboard and it needs to be replaced.
-- There was no reply from them for a month even after calling them many times. Only reply was that they are waiting for the part to arrive.
-- Mother Board was replaced Still two usb ports were not working. I was told that according to norms they first need to check with the new motherboard and then if some other part is found bad they need to order it later.
-- I took the machine back with me on Feb 16th, 2009 for use (two usb ports were working)
-- Kept on calling them there was no response today march 14th, 2009 they say that there was some critical issue because the motherboard was replaced and they had just logged in a fresh complaint.

For all this i had to go to there center 6 times even though according to warranty they need to pickup and deliver the laptop

HP Compaq 6710b — Replacement

Dear Sir/Madam

I brought Hp product (Hp Compaq 6710b), S/n CNU74625SH, P/n KF066PA#ACJ on 14th march 2008 from B.B.Professionals Jaipur Rajasthan, India Invoice no. 10833 Dated 14-03-08.
Since i brought it, 3 times Hard disk of this system has been changed due to hardware failure under warranty from B.B.professionals and these persons are very co-operative and helpful.
The power adaptor has also been replaced for once from Jodhpur service centre.
Apart from hardware failure 6-7 times the pc has recovered due to failure of system during which only blank screen with one cursor blinking on left upper corner was displayed, also the battery backup of note book is not more than 1.5 hrs in power saving mode, the Disk driver is not working properly as it cannot read the disk but the same disk runs easily in other system. The case id's and dates of receipt of replaced hardware is as below:
Case ID [protected], Dated 27-03-08, Case ID [protected], Dated 03-12-08, Case ID [protected], Dated 04-02-09.
The first HDD was changed with in 15 days from purchase of pc, since day i am requesting to replace the pc, as system had hardware compatibility problem due to which system fails to work again & again, but i couldn’t get any solution till date.

Kindly look into the matter and help me to replace my system as soon as possible.
