[Resolved]  HP Compaq C772TU Laptop — HP services

Hi,

From the day 1, I face lot of issues with HP C772TU laptop. I done some mistakes in life and the biggest one is that I purchased the HP laptop.
It is now headache for me.

From the first day, I face "Blue Screen Dump Error" message in laptop & laptop get restart automatically. HP Engineer told me "this is just because of drivers which are not installed properly". I installed all the drivers again & again but the problem can't solve. Also this is random error, it occurs sometimes. So, I forget this issue. Just after few days of purchasing, my laptop gets automatically shutdown& not powering ON again. I went to HP service center in Okhla Ph- 1 & submit my laptop there. HP Engineer told me: “the motherboard is found dead & we will order the motherboard”. After 4 days, I got call from HP: "Sir, we have replaced the motherboard but the motherboard which we replaced is also got dead after sometime, so we ordering one more motherboard for your laptop". I replied: “Ok, you take your time but I want this issue to be resolved”. After 4 days, I got call from HP:”Motherboard has replaced. Now you can collect you laptop”. I went & collect my laptop. At time I also took my charger (adaptor) to HP service center & ask the HP engineer: “why it happens, will you please check this adaptor? Is something wrong with adaptor? HP engineer denied.

After 1 day as I got my laptop from HP service center, I find my battery is not charging. I again make a trip to HP service center with my laptop & charger. Laptop is submitted again for motherboard replacement. I concerned the HP engineer for charger (adaptor), he replied: “It is also not charging with another
Charger, your laptop charger is OK”. Motherboard is replaced after a week. I went to collect the laptop. I checked the laptop in the service center with my charger &
Found battery is not charging. Then HP engineer told me that "there is something wrong with your charger because as you connect your charger with laptop, motherboard get faulty, now we have to replace this motherboard again”. I went there to collect my laptop but come back without laptop & submitted even charger with that.

After 8 days, I went to collect my laptop with charger. Now this time my mentality towards HP is very bad but when I saw my packed laptop, I feel I am purchasing a new laptop. I bring my laptop to home & use it & after few days I found one new problem which is “As I press the power button in my laptop to turn it ON, the light glow on power button & power LED is also get ON in laptop body. But there is blank screen-no boot up window, no logo, no cursor blinking, nothing, only power LED glowing. Then I have to keep press the power button to shut down the laptop & then restart again. Next time, it starts successfully. However, this is a random problem means it occurs sometimes. Also, when I used to do multiple tasks, laptop gave “Blue screen dump error” & laptop reboot automatically. Now my laptop is with HP once again. After getting no response from HP after 8 days, when I call them they telling that have ordered the motherboard for that laptop not powering ON sometimes” and for Blue screen dump error, they told me that they found 2 third party RAM in laptop, & it is not supported this laptop & it is giving blue screen dump error. They got 1 RAM on ordered basis & waiting for another RAM.

Now they have one more reason to hide their mistake to solve above mentioned problem.

It is still in warranty because I purchased this just 4 months back. There is more than 8 trips to HP service center & more than 4 times motherboard replacement. Now its enough.

Also services of HP are also very poor.

Please help me to troubleshoot this problem & also my headache.

HP — A C Adaptor replacement

The Ac adopter of my notebook compaq 6710s of V additional Civil Judge (jn dn) & JMFC of Gulbarga Karnataka state judiciary, is required to be replaced of Indian judiciary register complaint and supply replacement through proper channel

compaq c772tu — poor service

Sir,
i have a compaq laptop.its speaker stopped working and i showes them to A HP SERVICE center kanpur(rt outsourcing). my say complaint is being due from 31-10-08.They are saying that speaker are not available in whole country.how can hp do that they cant replace 2 speakers within 10 days...
my laptop also shows blue screen error and restart automatically mainly when i try to do hybernation!!! waht should i do???????????? plz help
i agree wid u ...hp people suck...
i am a computer dealer...i never recoment hp laptop to people
their service sucks...
i also have hp laptop c 772tu its hdd is corrupted...but i dnt get response from hp people...
i had made many complaints... but got no resulution
never ever buy hp product

its batterry backup is also poor.anly after 15 minutes its battery got down.
what a hell!!!
