I sent the following letter to HP and there were no replies.

Hi HP,
This is to inform you that my laptop was mishandled in the service center.
I have taken my laptop for more than 20 times to the service center but after a week i have to go again.
I am afraid many internal parts have been replaced without my knowledge. I have reasons to believe that the laptop shouldn't goto service center for more than 2-3 times.
In total my whole internal parts have been replaced 2 times which means the quality of the new parts being put in is not at all guaranteed.
I am claiming for a FULL NEW SIMILAR CONFIGURATION SEALED LAPTOP replacement altogether and not the parts anymore. Enough is enough.
If this is not done, I will be filing a case against consumer court for the same. I am not going to have any excuses anymore.
My latest disappointment was just yesterday I was given a laptop which when I bought home didn't work. This is very very frustrating.
