Non receipt of free gift offer

I purchased a laptop compaq presario v6409 during oct-2007 and i was entitled for a free gift offer. As reqd. I sent a dd for rs.600/- with all the reqd. Documents such as bill, original cardboard piece containing sl. No. Etc. After obtaining a number from hp redempiton which was noted on the bill and sent it to hp redemption cell, delhi, on[protected]. As per conditions - the item will be delivered after 8 weeks. I waited for 8 weeks.

But the party m/s hp redemption cell c/o solutions integrated mktg. Serv. Pvt. Ltd., a-2, okhla industrial area, phase-i, new delhi 110020 (Phone[protected] returned the only above dd (No.[protected], dt 17/10/2007, issued from indian overseas bank – chartola malanjkhand mp), but this party has not returned the other original document, which were sent by me. As per the party, they could not processed it due to the reason “ worng name – i. E. Solutions integrated marketing services pvt. Ltd.

For the free gift offer, the party was unable to process the claim due to the reason that wrong name was mentioned as "solution integrated markreing servicer p. Ltd.", which is not correct. The name on the dd was hp redempiton cell, delhi, only.Instead of sending the gift after 8 weeks, dd was returned to me with the noting wrong name, that too after say 9 weeks. If there was an error, the same should have been intimatged to me immediately rather waiting for more than 8 weeks and not sending the gift as per the conditons. Kindly advise on the issue at the earliest.

HP - Photosmart C4788 — Poor Customer service and rude behavior of sales persons

Hi
I bought a HP Photosmart from Kruthik Enterprises, Thippasandra, HAL II Stage on May 27th 2010. The sales person promised a MP3 player. later he denied it saying that the freebie was meant to be given only if I purchased a laptop. I did not buy the laptop because of lack of feature ( it did not have a 64 bit OS ). moment they knew I was not taking the laptop, they became rude and delayed the delivery of the printer by 3 days, and i had to visit their show room once again to ensure the delivery went through.

But my main point is: They did not provide me with a Receipt for the purchase. When asked, the office person said it would be sent at the time of delivery. All I got was a purchase order hand written and with so many scratches.
I requested a hard copy of the receipt- I have not received till now. I made one more request, and she sends me an xl sheet of Invoice with no trade mark. for all they care, I could print my own!!

Can we take this issue of non-issuance of receipt to the consumer's forum? Can any one advise me the right way to ensure that small timers do not take customers for a ride?

My auditor will never accept such an email attachment which is so generic.

I have purchased a HP/COMPAQ COMPUTER ,{{ MODEL NO. -SR1931IL , PRODUCT NO.-RC568AA#ACJ , SERIAL NO. -ININ63604DH , MONITOR SERIAL NO - CNN6320T5Q }}. from GHAI ENTERPRIZES {{SHOP NO.-5 , SURYA COMPLEX , KAPURTHALA(PB.)}} on 19/10/06. The desktop worth Rs 33,000. At that time there was a scheme with this product that if we pay Rs 1,000 by cheque in favor of SOLUTION INTEGRATED MARKETING SERVICES PVT. LTD. then they will send addidas gifts worth Rs 3,000 but it is so bad to say that we have not recieved any gift till now. My cheque no. is 434493 issued from State bank OF patiala on date 31-10-06 to SOLUTION INTEGRATED MARKETING SERVICES PVT. LTD. I hope you recieve the cheque . kindly arrange to send my gift voucher at earliest extent. if not possible please guide me for going to achieve a gift voucher through the consumer court as i have submitted Rs 1,000 cheque description as above.Please also advice the status where it was adjusted as i have no information regarding the returning advice amount of Rs 1,000 till date.

HP / M2727nf Multifunction Laserjet Printer — Multiple scanning not done

I have sold HP M2727nf MFP Laserjet Printer to M/s.TUV India Pvt.Ltd. wide invoice no. AC/07/201 dt.12/07/2010. More than 19 mails exchanged with service center and HP, and countless telephonic talks since 02.08.2010 we are yet waiting for the repair and replacement of parts of said Notebook. It appears that service center people and HP people are intentionally delaying the matter so that expiry date is passed i.e. 17.08.2010 and then they can easily say that now the service is paid and needed to be paid.

Please take up the matter and arrange redress our grievance.As studies of my son Arjit Nagpal are suffering at Mumbai where he is to appear for CAT 2010 and CET 2011 due to the whims of Service center and HP people who are not willing to honor expiry date of 17.08.2010 clearly written on Carepack which was for 2 years. though the expiry date should have been 26.08.2010 per date of purchase of extended warranty on 27.08.2008

HP OfficeJet Pro Wireless 8500 Printer — Hardware problem

I am really unhappy to make a complaint again and again to your customer cell and to your authorized dealer about the defect in the printer HP OFFICEJET PRO WIRELESS 8500 PRINTER bearing No.MY95E22170 on 26-April-2010 purchased from your authorized dealer IT World, Tambaram Sanatorium at the cost of Rs.21,690/-.
From the date of purchase to the shock and surprise the aforesaid new printer is not working properly and the print is not in resolution as of your description and at the same time it has left defective spaces in the print paper and ultimately your company sold defective piece of printer which, one or in another way gives a predicament situation and cause mental agony to me and my family. Now I am in lurch.
I have been suffered by these defects till date, even the printer is within the warranty period and I also make several complaints to your dealer where I bought the printer, customer care of your company and also to the other dealers. No one take responsibility for providing the service to check the printer and to replace it. Your company’s dealer told me via telephone when I contacted that they were not responsible for these defects and problems and directed me to call your customer care cell by providing the number [[protected]]. I called your customer cell on[protected], where they advised to change the sample cartridge; when changed even then the problem has been subsisted. Again I made a complaint to your customer cell to seek them to give service in person on[protected] &[protected] with Mr.Manzeer & Mr.Diju respectively, they simply and vehemently in lethargic manner replied. As per the advice without providing any service in person, I have changed the cartridges 4 times and spent around Rs.6000/- because ink in cartridges get low in short span not equated with the use and description for changing it. A company would be a good company only they could satisfy the customer. Your company sold me a defective piece of printer and now you are evading service that you should bound to provide. In the above circumstances, I call upon you to replace the printer without deficiency of service immediately otherwise I am constrained to take appropriate legal action mulcting you to all cost and consequences.

The taken laptop was delivered good 11 days later, without the board change, on 18/08/2010 after the expiry of warantee, now they are not entertaining me, i had marked the old board with permenant marker, to make sure the board is changed, which was not done, i reported the matter to one agent badri on chat of the same on 21/8/2010. i Think the company after repeated promises is taking me for a ride.
