Ravi Prasad HP gas agency – Not delivering gas


Consumer# 616561 Customer's name : L.RAJI . Agency : Ravi prasad HP gasagency, Nacharam, Hyderabad - 500076 Ph:[protected] . I am booked the HP gas through IVRS Booking no 250933 Dated 13.9.2011 after 14 days i have received the massage we will supply the cylinder with in 48 hrs based on the message i am waiting for gas cylinder but not received the gas cylinder up to 05.10.11 again i was conducted Ravi prasad gas agency Nacharam .
Gas agency lady said we will send the cylinder with in 2 ~ 3 days but not supplied the gas cylinder after 4 days i was conducted there said will get it in the evening and as we did not get it .This gas agency Phone no always busy ie wantedly not kept the receiver proper position after so many calls connected the call and said we will send you evening and given one delivery boy mobile no [protected] When I called him, the driver said that he will deliver it by morning but that did not happen. Next day,i.e on 9.10.11 when I called the driver, he said for a second time that he will deliver it by evening but for a second time it did not happen. I tried to call him in the evening. His number is busy but when it gets connected, he does not reply the call.Next day, i.e on10.10.11/ 11.10.11 /12.10.11 & 13.10.11 I tried to call the driver morning said sure that is delivered by evening. Again it did not happen this is happen 10.10.11 to 13.10.11 . I got vexed and i have visited the ravi prasad agency on 13.10.11 evening the agency manager given the commitment 14.10.11 before 11.0am we will deliver the cylinder up to till date not supplied the cylinder today date 15.10.11 . Tomorrow 16.10.11 sunday ( Gas agency leave). I wish someone would take serious action opposed to this agency. It is just wasting time and spending cash for calling them. I demand the agency send the cylinder immediately .

We want immediate action on this gas agency ( Ravi prasad gas agency -Nacharm Hyderabad ).
