[Resolved]  Hp Gas — charged for replacement of regulator

Dear sir,
Today 20/1/2010 my gas regulator leaked from switch and we call for hp man he came and told us u need to replace this take this to hp center and they will change this for no charge(mans behavior is to bad he came and told u have to change burner,pipe this and that then we told him to clean a burner he told us that is not my job so why are u taking this 40 Rs. he told give me rs fast i want to go at another place)
ok i give him 40 Rs. and take regulator to hp jogeshwari west branch and after checking it they told me that your regulator is duplicate we will not replace this regulator for free
now i told him that how it was duplicate your men always came and change all the accessories then how it was duplicate and if one thing is replaced it for free then who will purchase or manufacture this duplicate thing? then he shows me the numbers on the regulator and told me that this is not printed here it is there and all (but the numbers are in the same place on the replaced regulator)
we ask him where is your officer he told us that he is on the leave and his telephone numbers also he dont have?
then he told us i[censored] want to replace this regulator u need to pay Rs.150/- and this duplicate regulator,we ask him why this duplicate regulator u take then he told us that they have to deposite this duplicate regulator to company (how funny)
now i purchased the new regulator for 150/- but i know that my regulator is 100% original also they keep my old regulator with them
now i want answer for this from hp official im also sending this mail to petroleum ministry, you are taking this amount for changing regulators while its free of costs i want answers for this as soon as possible or i will lodge complaint to consumer court for the same.
