[Resolved] HP Gas Cylinder — worse and very rude with customers from the head of the department | |
Sir/Madam, I am very sory to say this, i got a worse reply from our gas station head(Nagalakshmi Agencies, Manavala Nagar Tiruvallur. Tamil Nadu 602002). i could not understand why she is such a rude with the customers, actually my problem is i booked the cylinder by the 1st week of this month but i didnt get the cylinder for a long time.. then i enquired with them and she asked me to bring the book and then i went there with my book.. after seeing the book she started to shout at me like anything that the book was not entried for a long time.. actually its not my mistake the concerned person has to entry it in the book because of his mistake she was shouting and barking like a dog... she turned the whole matter towards me that am misusing the cylinder that am selling it to some others in an illegal manner.. see, am the customer for your agencies once they started in our area.... she is not rude with not only to me but also to every customers.. i dont why you people are keeping the worst and harrased lady as the head for this branch....... since we are educated we can tolerate just think about the uneducated people...... finally, i am not giving this as a warning but saying it as with fully distressed person.......... In case, she is continuing in future also, our area people would have to gather and give a pettition to the collector and also file a case in police station.... "Every customer is valuable" words said by Mahatma Gandhiji, we are not expecting them to treat us as a customer but atleast treat us as human being........ hope u will understand our situation........
