Dear Sir, We are HP gas customer of -M/s Kumaran Agency Gas Service N.2 Alagar Koil Road Madurai. The above agency is always defaulter of gas refill delivery.They are taking their own time to delivery of the refile even after Gas refile delivery SMS. On 17th May 2012 we have received the SMS- "Refill will be delivered within next 48 hrs.Cash memo No.190846; Cash Memo Date- 17th May 2012.". But till now ie. 22-May 2012 8:15 AM no response from them. Whenever we approach them the will say " their delivery boys are at field an will be delivered soon".They will always give irresponsible answer . Pl.take take this case with HP GAS Agency .
