[Resolved]  HP Gas, Sri Sangameshwara Gas Service, Hyderabad — not picking call for gas booking

Hi,

My Gas Agency Distributor is Sri Sangameswara Gas service, H.no.25-35/11/D, Opp.MDO Office, Ramachandra Reddy Nagar, Ramachandra puram, Medak - Dist - 502 032.
tel No. 23020664, 23021517, 23021517. My consumer number is 621915. Connection is in the name of my wife Pooja Singh.

I have been trying to call them for the 1 week for cylinder booking, but NO BODY PICS UP THE CALL. This is height of irregularity. Once they book, they take another 15-20 days for delivery. We are eating outside for the last 1 week now.

Request you to please into this. Thanks

Very True...
This happens everytime we try to book for Gas. None of the phone no.s work at all and if they work, they dont pick up. Eventually we have to go personally to their office and book. I was trying to find new phone numbers on google for this Gas service and landed up seeing this complaint. I guess even this time we have to go to the office personally and book for Gas. I am sure many of them might be experiencing this problem.

Most worst Gas Service Dealer for HP.The Manager is big bugger.He is useless and ladies dominated office.He has the Ladies weakness...Useless fellow...Cancel the Dealership for this Guy...

Dear sir
on 25/03/2011 i have booked online gass as per your instructions but the replay is coming that already delivery is completed to my house on giving date as 14/03/2011. how it is posible with out booking it has happen and please let me know when the gass will come / deliver to me .

ON 16/08/2011 I HAVE BOOKED ON LINE GAS AS PER THE SYSTEM BUT THE GAS IS NOT DELIVERED TO MY HOME .BUT AGAIN WE TRIED FOR BOOKING BUT THE GAS IS DELIVERED BY THIS NUMBER 263923 .HOW IT IS HAPPEN.SO MANY TIMES WE TRIED TO MAKE A CALL.BUT NO BODY IS LIFTING THE PHONE.ON LINE BOOKING SYSTEM IS CORRECT BUT ON LINE COMPLAINTS SYSTEM SHOULD BE INTRODUCED. MY CONSUMER NO IS 607762. SO PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AND DELIVER THE GAS AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

I booked HP Gas refill cylinder on[protected] Booking No. 269691 with Sri Sangameswara Gas Service, Ramachandrapuram, Hyderabad. I received SMS informing me that Cash Memo No. is 134423 dt.[protected]. I contacted their office on 21 st, 22 nd and 23 rd November .Each time they promised to deliver the refill same day. However the refill is not received till 3.41 PM today,[protected]. Request the Agency to please deliver the refill immediately.

we are also facing the same issue, Sri Sangameswara Gas service is the worst service i have never seen.No one pick the call and most irregular and irresponsible team.

My consumer number is 670358. I had booked a refill on 02MAR21 but post that till date no refill delivered. More over I got message that my house locked. None picks the calls. Very frustrating. Pls advise if this can be resolved or else will approach consumer forum

I have booked HP gas on April 27th, 2021 with booking number 526112. but I don't get the gas delivered yet and the customer care people are not picking the calls at all. And we are getting message as the door is locked but we are at home itself.

why don't lifting phone calls lets better to close to agency be cause you don't have manage phone calls how u run agency...
