[Resolved] Hp — HP ENVY DV6 - Poor Product and Poor Customer Service | |||
I write this with tremendous mental torture given by HP India and Maha Electronics Bangalore. PLEASE DONT EVER TRUST HP when it comes to high end laptops. THEY ARE LEAST SENSTITIVE TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have left my laptop in non-working condition stating that their working time is over . The engineer was working for a while and then left the place stating that its getting late for him. I bought Envy DV6 hoping that a premium laptop will work efficiently and without any headache. The VGA port was not working and there was a vertical line in the screen within months of buying . I took the support of HP support . They sent a person by name Srinivasa from Maha Electronics who damaged the sides of my laptop and broke some hinges by force opening the front panel. He changed the screen from Envy DV6 to Pavilion DV6. I had to write another complaint for VGA port and the damage made by earlier engineer. They sent a new guy who came with a faulty motherboard and after 6 hours removed the new motherboard and replaced with the old motherboard . He came again after a week and then replaced the motherboard and then there was another issue. Now, the system would say Thermal breakdown happened and the system would restart. The engineer came again the next day and applied heat sink paste and said that the system would be okay. Though my system is working now. It overheats terribly. HP asked me snapshots to prove that their engineer damaged my laptop. After i sent the snaps. they agreed to replace the top panel and the bottom panel. An engineer finally arrived and changed the panels and forced me to sign on the CS feedback form. I urged that i will check and sign. When i checked i found that the mouse pointer and mouse pad was not working. The engineer left the laptop in non working condition and left home saying that he came here after office hours and cannot spend any more time. I had wasted 5 full days just because of HP’s poor product and their service engineer, but this guy wasn’t willing to wait for 10 minutes too. My laptop is not working . There is an international support engineer who is trying honestly for the last 3 hrs to solve but with vain. Can HP replace my laptop or pay the money back ? I have been put through so much trouble by HP. Guys, dont ever trust HP. They are worse than terrorists. They will make you kill yourself for having chosen them. I cant imagine how much pain i should through even if this issue is corrected by them. Can HP give a better laptop to me. I dont mind paying a little bit extra for that. Please dont kill a customer for having chosen your brand. Was this information helpful? | |||
