sir ,i purchased a laptop/notebook from lucknow bearing registration number(XP524PA/110-3165 TU) at serial number-(CNC0472L87) near about one month product defected and i go to service station of (HP) in lucknow enginer checked my notebook and said to me that your laptop is OK.again same problem is created six time i say to company that they change my laptop but they ignore me after runing piller to bottom applicant knock the kind door of my lord with hope to change my note book so please kindly direct to opposit party that they chage my not book because this note book has any big manufacturing deffect Manish kumar pandey 10/11 shivalic complex arawali marg indira nagar lucknow mobile no.[protected] [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

I M USING YOU LAPTOP PAVILION NOTE BOOK PRODUCT SERIAL NO 5CH3213F8 MODEL NO Q13382PA PURCHASE ON 30 SEP 2011 . ITS UNDER WARRANTY I M FACING TH EPROBLEM OF SPOTS ON LAPI SCREEN ( WHITE SPOTS ) . I MADE THE COMPLAINT ON 18 AUG 2012 CASE NO [protected] EXECUTIVE FROM SYSNET GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES FROM OKHLA DELHI CAME TO MY OFFICE ROHINI TO CHECK THE NOTE BOOK HE TOOK PHOTOGRAPHS OF PROBLEM AND TOLD HE WILL CHANGE THE SCREEN ITS A TECHNICAL FAULT . NOW WHEN I CALLED HIM TO KNOW ABOUT THE STATUS HE TOLD THAT MY COMPLAINT HAS BEEN DECLINED BY THE COMPANY . THIS IS REALLY HOPE LESS STATEMENT BY A BIG COMPANY LIKE HP I RECEIVED THE BELOW MAIL ALSO FROM COMPANY
