[Resolved]  Hp Laptop — Need a Replacement for a defective piece

I have a HP Pavillion DV 9385 ea series laptop purchased from HP. Time since I have bought the laptop, there have been continuous issues with it.
Within 6 months of buying the piece, it had a motherboard crash and had to be sent to the service centre and the Motherboard was replaced.
Later the LCD was replaced in a year's time as it stopped working.
Then again a DVD ROM issue. It stopped working and hence was replaced.
Then a LCD issue again. The LCD went blank. This time I gave it to the service centre. They gave me all false reasons and finally handed over the laptop to me on 14th June. I had given them the laptop on 29th April 2010.
Its not even a month since it has been repaired and now again the laptop is having issues. The LCD has gone blank again !!!
The day when I was collecting it from Vintech, the Web cam wasnt installed and the laptop was very slow.. I had to tell them to install the web cam software.. Not sure what QA has the laptop passed through...
Im fed up following up with the HP team. The service centre here in Pune :- Vintech Systems Pvt Ltd. The staff that has no technical knowledge whatsoever ... Ms Rajini the Pune Centre head who doesnt keep up promises and so is Mr Sanjay Kumar.
I STRICTLY WANT A REPLACEMENT FOR MY PIECE THIS TIME !!!
I am not interested in following up with HP anymore.. They dont give any proper technical info and moreover I believe it was a LCD issue and they un-necessarily changed my motherboard and replaced a good one with an old one..
Please take this up with HP and help me in getting a replacement for the same.

HP Laptop — defected piece of laptop sold

I purchased this laptop 3 years back costing me Rs61,000.For the first year, i.e. within the guarantee period it worked out fine, but just towards the end its performance started deteriorating.The Hp service center helped me deal with the problem.I got an extented warrenty for the laptop done.But since then I have faced troubles like hell.The laptop gives problem every second week. Four times in a month the motherboard stopped working.I had to take it to the center every time.Sometimes the conditions were so bad that the laptop showed full performance in the center and once I reached home, the laptop just wouldn't open(no display).The service center can't do anything to help me.They just correct the defect and sends it back.The correction lasts for a week or two.If I face the problem every Second week and the serveice center people keep the laptop for a week or so for the correction can anyone tell me how am I supposed to do my work on the Laptop.Then there are problems of data back-ups.I have faced the problem for two long years. And working on it has given me no result.I informed the Hp headquarters but with no response.I am helpleass now.
