My husband bought me a lovely HP envy touch screen for Christmas.......only for me to find out that the microphone did not work....this wasn't a problem and the people from support said the very next day they would collect it and have it fixed within 10 days.....
you see although other companies have a Christmas returns system HP does not and my husband being prepared for Christmas actually bought the laptop on the 27Th of November so they deemed the laptop was a month old....and I could not just have a replacement....I had only used the laptop for 2 days .......
anyway the first return date came and went......so I phoned up to ask where it was.......had they lost it? could they not fix it? well no one really knew........but they where certain it would be fixed once they got a part.........the next three return dates came and went..... and many distraught phone calls......and yes they may well have taped them!......so I demanded my money back in writing .......still nothing no computer and no refund......
the customer service team...Bol***ks, they haven't a foggiest and the complains department even worse,
Basically if you want a rubbish computer and worse customer service by a HP.........if you want something that works and works by an IPAD. Was this information helpful? |
