non delivery of gas after booking

Sir,
My Customer code no is 15378
I booked for the gas at 11/MAY/2012 yet i cant get the gas in 26th June.I gave complaint to the gas agency they replied that you got gas within 2 days. But the supplier dont give gas to us,while i asked him, he behaved us roughly.Below are the details about my gas connection and about the gas agency.
