I purchased the above laptop on 18th April 2007.
This complaint was registered with your service centre in Okhla Ind.Estate and the complaint nos are:

I was informed that the panel was defective and has been replaced.I had in the meantime gone abroad and have returned on 16th Sepy 2008'
I find the problem of BLINK OFF STILL PERSISTS .
I am a senior citize age 78 and cannot go to your service centre every time where one had to wait for hours for a response.
