[Resolved] HP Pavillion DV4 - 1506TX — POOR DEALING.given me defaulted piece and now not replacing | |||
MY MAIN DEMAND IS THEY SHOULD REPLACE MY LAPTOP COZ IT IS GIVING ME PROBLEM 20 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE..AND SINCE 5 MTHS ITS BEEN IN SERVICE CENTRE FOR 3 MTHS..nd with me for only 2 mths and dat 2 not in proper working condition. my name is dr.rubinder sandhu.,from > amritsar,(punjab) india > s/n:CND93723SK > P/n:VT 102PA#ACJ > pavillion dv4-1506 tx > my cell no-91-[protected] >=20 > on 29 th dec 2009, i have taken the hp laptop with d beleif > that its the best in india in terms of effectiveness and > service..but i was very sorry within 20 days of purchase > when d screen went blank every 1 min or so.. Tuk it to the > hp service station wich is atleast 20 min from my > place..asked dem to replace d laptop.. dey said its our > policy,we would change the part wich is motherboard and it > ll be alrite u dont worry we r at ur service!!!remain there > for 15 days.. got my laptop bak with one broken keyboard key > and many scratches..bt its a part..5 days back again a new > problem(bluetooth and cam not working) dey said hard disk is > corrupted...again remain dere for 30 days.a d hard disk > shipped by the hp was broken!!!den again recovery was gone > so new cds were cslled 15 days more..so my new laptop was > with me for just 15 days and more than 2 mth wid u!!SO Is > this was the reason why i purchsed HP? > being a girl and a doctor it was very difficult for me to > leave the emergency duties and to go again and agian with > the laptop to service centre.. i ask why??bcoz i have spent > 50,000 in taking hp..now its the limit.really i cant > tolerate any more.. with my system dere is still speaker > and display problem also..i hav called several > times to hp at banglore for the request of change of the > piece as u can c its important after so many things getting > replaced in a new laptop(motherboard,hard disk,graphic > card,keyboard,whole recovery) and still not upto my > satisfaction its not fun to use it more.i guess display and > speaker are left jst to be changed..i hav challenged them to take to consumer court..they said give us a last chance so i gave dem laptop ..10 days hav past ...nothing happened..they said motherboard would be replaced again..and HP have shipped wrong motherboards in past two weeks..such a big mistake on such compny..and moreover the service centre head is not picking our phone since 5 days..his name is kulwinder.i am so so helpless..kindly let hp face d law..kindly let them know how imp is consumer service and satisfaction.
