I had purchased my laptop from Hp world on 3rd november,with that i was offered by a redemption gift voucher of Titan/Adidas for which i had to register myself with my serial no. and invoice and i had done the same.As mentioned in website that just after 10 days of registration i'll get my gift but till now there is no response.
kindly focus my problem.

I have purchase a hp notebook G42-354TU on 28.12.2010. when hp offers Gift Voucher of Rs-4000 on purchase, by redeeming to hp redemption cell.([protected]@solutions-intg.com)
my registration ID is 2383719
Then they mail me

You have opted for [127284] gift voucher.

Thank you for making online registration in order to claim your entitled product, please chose a suitable option from the list as suggested below to submit the documentary proof of your claim to enable us to validate and dispatch your entitled gift.

Option 1 (Online process to submit your claim documents)

Scan the below mentioned documents and send it to [protected]@solutions-intg.com (please write your redemption code as mentioned below as subject line of your email).

1. Copy of Purchase invoice (Please mention your unique redemption code as mentioned below in the mail on the invoice copy before scanning) and,

2. Bar coded product serial number sticker (this is pasted on the cardboard packaging of your notebook,

Option 2 (Send hard Copies to submit your claim documents)

Kindly send your complete claim documents to:
