[Resolved] HP Printer — service center said they don't have parts | |||
i hv buy a printer eq709 made of hp company . i hv a problem with that i send my printer to service center on[protected] & today is 25/06-2010. they did not solve my problem .they said they dont hv parts.one enginner who is seems newly appointed tell me ur machine which cost appx..15000 is now a useless. they never call me abt the status of printer . please think before u buy a hp printer ...& my printer is just 6 month old....................i will never buy hp product in future.....................my name is rahul & my email id is [protected]@gmail.com...... I purchase two printer 2235 on 2 sep 2009 and these printer are failed in april 2010 i go to service centre moradabad he says that you print about 5000 thousand print so the varante is avoid than i go back and purchase new printer c4688- on 24 april 2010 after two or three months c4688 is failed i again go to service centre he treat by guming sheet and give me . now c4688 are total failed to picup paper he says company change and want to give c 6388 printer, who failed in market and which sale by company please tell me what company chet me or or company srve me our scrap why?
