[Resolved] HP Printer — Poor customer service | |||
I went to buy a All in one HP printer. There was no one to help in Croma Store. I had to call someone for my help and check the products. The executive was not at all interested. I asked if they have 2050 model which i was interested in. He simply refused. Then i asked him if they have a price catalogue or price list from HP, he again refused it. Croma is selling HP 1050 at a higher price than market. Other Dealers are selling the same all in one 1050 model for an MRP of 3900/- where as Croma is selling it for 4899/-. I dont know how CROMA can sell it for a higher price than MRP. Why HP or Consumer complaint forum dont have regular checks to keep a control on such dealers. Its not only leading to bad name for CROMA but HP is also not getting customers due to this. Was this information helpful? | |||
