[Resolved]  Hpcl Gas — NON DELIVERY OF CYLINDER

I Hope My problem can be solved at the earliest

Sir,
Myself shohbit purwar. My Consumer No. is 610459 at Manas Gas Service, Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur. Sir around 30 days back I booked my gas cylinder for supplying. But till now I could't get. I made call to them 4-5 times but still they are telling it will come. when it come. Sir we are not getting the gas supply on time. How the company will grow, I know there is no effect if one connection is going to withdraw. But for company this the busineess, but that is also true proverb "MANY A LITTLE MAKES A MICKLE".
Sir, please it is requested to supply a gas cylinder on time as soon as possible.

my gas connection number 031029 and i booked the 06.01.2010 they said that i will be getting within 3 days but so far i have not received the cylinder yet as such facing lot problems for my cooking and i also tried to contact them over the phone but all the phone numbers getting no response...

I have booked my number for refiling on[protected] in Radhika Jyoti, the authorised HP gas agency at Bettiah, Bihar. But till date I have not been delivered the cylinder. It is only due to blackmarketting of gas cylinder. HPCL claims delivery within 24 hrs. from booking time. Kindly take some strong step to stop blackmarketting to provide better services to the authorised consumers.

HPCL Gas dealer of Mandideep Distt Raisen M/S Cookwell is not delivering gas on time. They are taking more than 20 days from the date of refil booking. If consumer is ready to pay more, they can deliver it immediatly. In Rs.550 they are selling one cylinder refil gas. On request with the owner of the gas agency, He is shouting on the consumers saying that no body can do any thing against me. Whatever you feel, you take inititative from your end. This is the real attitude of your gas dealer.Please enquire and take the action against the above dealer.
