HSBC Bank — Credit Card documents and Status unknown

I have handed over the details for the credit card to HSBC CC Team and have no response whatsoever from them. I am keen on knowing what has happened to my documents and am concerned if this is a part of a Credit Card fraud.

Refer to the trail mail from me sent to the HSBC who has ignored my request.

Your person has collected the documents from me almost 2 months ago I haven’t heard from you company yet and don’t know the status of my card.
I am now concerned that you are involved in credit card scam.

I need to know the status of my card and need to understand where my documents have been used. Failure to respond in the next 24hrs will force me to file a complaint against you in the Consumer Court.
