This is anshul johri. I was an hsbc customer. I tell you hsbc is worst bank to go with. They are rude, careless, irresponsible and cheater. I was the privilege customer of hsbc because of my company's salary account. Otherwise i would have never used hsbc. Their customer care is very very slow and full if. Every body is so rude that they just hang up ur phone if ask for more clarification of your complaint.
They cheated me on my credit card. They gave me a credit card saying that its absolutely free as you are having a salary account with hsbc.in spite of being free i didnt want it but they forced my like anything its like they were ready touch my feet. I took it but after 1 year they charged 2, 500/- for credit card fees. I raised a complaint in customer care no action taken so i made my credit card payment without that 2500 rs and asked them to cancel the services and block the card. It was around 2007 late. Now after 3 years they charged 20000 for the due payment and made my entry in cibil data. I stopped my service still they are charging 20000. What the f* is this, now i given whole payment to cancle my entry from cibil data. I paid 20000 full amount. Even now they are clearing the things and not ready to listen my words. Their customer care is so rude that i am like beggar or something and every time they say sir i apologies it was technical error eternally we could not raise your complaint. What the hell is this.in internet era they are behaving like 200 years old people. F* you guys. Hsbc you are total fail. Was this information helpful? |
