I m Sandeep s from Bangalore was holding a credit card of HSBC . i received a call from Delhi Hsbc recovery team form an Excecutive Vishal that my total outstanding for the month of may 2009 was RS 33, 000/- however it could be settled so i agreed to make a settlement of Rs 16, 000/-, so i told him to send me the settlement letter of the RS 16, 000/- and after receiving the letter i will pay the said amount. But Vishal told me that it is the HSBC bank policy that i will have make the payment first and then only i will get the settlement letter. I agreed to his term and made a payment Rs 6, 000/- in cash and rest of the amount by Cheque of Rs 10, 000/- dated[protected].But some of my office people told me do'nt give full amount then I hold the cheque so now they are not calling and ask they money also The cheque payment I HOLD on 26-8-09 . They are threated my parents we know your boy is staying alone .And he told to my advocate he is a chairman of HSBC.and daily calling and giveing mentally troucher. I told them pls give the settelment letter other wise I will not pay a single money .They are not ready to give.if HSBC ready to give the letter then only i will pay the rest amount .So many peoples are tell this bank is giving false statement and letter.
