Hi,
I am using HSBC Credit Card, i had drop a cheque of rs 5527 for this month on 30th April Evening at one of the drop box mentioned in the HSBC website provided at Spencer Kormangala 1st Block, Kormangala Bangalore.From 5th May onwards i inquire with bank regarding the clearence of my cheque then i came to know that the cheque didnt collected and even 400+ rs has added for late payment which is really disappointed.Previously also this kind of things happen in the past, then onwards i started mail communication with the bank regarding revert bank these charges and the problem is that the cheque was not collected from the drop-box location itself.After so many calls and mail communication with the bank the cheque is picked and cleared on 12th may.so till now there is nearby 350rs intrest they had added on my credit card.I asked customer care to revert these charges they refuse to do so, then i asked to cancel my credit card then they say unless i do the payment it will not cancel.When i refuse to do the payment i got threated that unless i do the payment these charges will be increases.Please help me in the issue, with the bank i already raised the complaint earlier and the complain no is-[protected].
