i have hsbc credit card holder and i have very upset why i have choose hsbc bcoz i have facing lot of problem from hsbc side.

I Srinivasa Rao Swarna has been using this service for the past 4yrs. i couldnt recieve the bank statements from the past 2 months.But when personally enquired the date has been already passed off and heavy burden of paying an extra amount is on me and even now i couldnt recieve the statements even through emails...!
kindly consider my notice and help me to exdulge from this burden.!

Sub: Complaint regarding sending the Credit Card Statement.
Sir,
It is to bring to your kind notice that I filled the form for the Credit Card of your bank but it was not taken by me. But I am getting the Credit Card statements time to time and showing total payment due Rs. 0/-. And showing my primary card no - [protected] & Account no - [protected]. I have made complaints so many times on Ph no - [protected] but no action has been taken till now. Last time, your official informed that this account is of any other person, your name has been added by mistake and assured that the mistake will be rectified soon. But still I am getting the Credit Card Statement.
Today, i.e 30-06-09, I also contacted on above phone number and talked to Ms. Mariyam. But no action has been taken. So, please tell me the right procedure to deal with the said problem as early as possible so that any misuse of Credit Card can be prevented in future.
