HSBC - Credit Card — Credit card surrender | |
Hi, I am holding a HSBC credit card since last two years. Although i am not using this card since a long time but still i am getting bills time to time. I requested the customer care to surrender this card but still card is not closed and i keep on getting the bills. I think this was my biggest fault of getting HSBC credit card. Please help me out. I am holding a HSBC credit card since 2005.
Although i am not using this card since 18jul2009 & b4 18jul09 all dues are clear, but still i am getting bills time to time.
I requested the customer care to surrender this card but still card is not closed and i keep on getting the bills.
I think this was my biggest fault of getting HSBC credit card.
Please help me out
