[Resolved] HSBC Credit Card — Credit Card dues | |||
Dear Bank staff With utter dismay I would like to inform you the following, which displays the kind of services HSBC is providing : I am your credit card customer( Card No: [protected]) Due to some unavoidable circumstances I am no more using your service since 3-4 years. However recently bank send me the statement with outstanding dues more than 40K. I assured you that I have paid all the charges/expenses well before and nothing should be pending for me. I have the proofs such as Canara Bank, Pune cheque (No 16470 and amount = INR 2998.00) dated 29th Apr 2007 issued to pay the credit card bill and May 2010 credit card statement. As per my personal records, I haven't used the card after that. However recently I received the bank statements with outstanding dues. It is surprising to know, I was charged a late fee for not paying my due amount within the specified time even after paying all the dues.In spite of paying all the charges/expenses on time if I am put in such case, I would like to discontinue the service. Dear staff, grateful if you could guide me whom to contact in such case and how to get such historical transaction details from the bank.
