I have been harassed by the bank authorities over getting a simple issue of reverting service charge fees of a free credit card that I received from the bank. I was made to run rounds around the office and talk to so many representatives. The first time I spoke to someone named Dipti Kaushal, who redirected me to someone else and from there the rounds of office haven't ended. I request HSBC to stop harassing people and make the customer service better. Please also close my case ASAP. Was this information helpful? |
