[Resolved] HSBC Credit Card — Incorrect details in CIBIL | |||
Hi, I had taken a HSBC credit card ([protected]) in 2006. I had made payments on the card, and had finally cancelled the card in 2008 by paying the outstanding amount. In my CIBIL report, the details against this card is showing a delay payment on 700+ days which is not true. I was charged with Rs.2200 outstanding which was actually got inflated from Rs300 to Rs.2200 (Rs .300 was for Annual Card fee).
I wrote to HSBC India Nodal officer and ask him to revert back all charges and otherwise threaten them to take to RBI Obdusman.
And to my surprise after 9 days I received the mail from them mentioning they have WAIVED OFF my charges as Service Guesture.
I was happy and surprised.Immediately after this I cancelled the Credit Card and took the oath not to use credit card of any bank in my life.
Request to all people:
If you have any problem, dont complain to Call Center.
Email your problem to HSBC India Nodal Office (You can get the email id from hsbc.co.in site)
Mention your problem, in reply you will get the reference number.
If they dont listen mark the mail to RBI Obdusman as well.
Teach them a good listem.
Remember email is treated as a LEGAL document. So be care full not mention dont write abusive words.
